Senior AI Consultant

Synthesise research and discovery sessions into structured deliverables for global clients. Work directly with the lead consultant and the client. Own at least one workstream end to end after the first ninety days.

• Run and synthesise discovery interviews with client stakeholders
• Turn meeting transcripts and raw notes into structured briefs and reports
• Score and prioritise use cases against a written framework
• Maintain shared documentation across active engagements
• Contribute to internal tooling that the consulting team uses

• Five or more years as a business analyst, consultant, or in a senior research role
• Strong English writing. Comfortable producing a tight one-page brief from a messy 90-minute call
• Comfortable with modern AI tooling: Claude Code, Cursor, the major LLM SDKs
• Fluent in markdown, docx, and Google Workspace
• Self-directed. You can run a workstream without daily supervision

• Experience running structured discovery interviews
• Background in documentation or technical writing
• Familiarity with use case scoring frameworks
• Light coding background, even if not a primary skill

• Independently turn meeting transcripts into structured deliverables
• Running point on at least one client workstream
• Contributing to internal tooling the consulting team relies on
