Fixed 4-hour shifts, work from home

What We Look For

We don't care about your degree or how many years you've been in a BPO. We care about how you work.

  • Reliable and self-directed. You don't need someone standing over your shoulder. You see what needs to be done, and you do it.
  • Strong English communication. You'll be working with US and Canadian clients. Clear, professional English -- written and spoken -- is essential.
  • Comfortable with AI tools (or eager to learn). You don't need to be a tech expert. But you should be curious, adaptable, and ready to learn new ways of working.
  • Quality over quantity. 4 hours of focused, high-quality work beats 8 hours of distracted, mediocre work. Every time.
