RankStudio is a small senior consulting team. Remote-first, project-based, working with global clients on AI engineering and research.
Compensation is transparent and listed on every role. Roles are full-time and remote. The team is currently distributed with a base in the Philippines.
The work is real consulting work. You will read code, write briefs, talk to clients, and ship deliverables. There are no scripts and no queues.
We grow slowly and intentionally. New hires pair with a senior consultant for their first engagements and are expected to take ownership of a workstream within ninety days.
How we hire
No take-home exceeds two hours. Trial tasks are paid. We move quickly when we know.
What working here looks like
Real consulting work. Written deliverables. No queues.
- You own a workstream. After the first ninety days you run point on at least one engagement, with senior peers as a sounding board.
- You write a lot. Briefs, reports, internal tools docs. Strong written communication is the load-bearing skill in this team.
- You meet clients directly. There is no account manager between you and the work. You join the calls, you write the follow-ups.
- You compound knowledge. Every engagement leaves a trail in shared docs and reusable internal tooling.
