Content delivery through our self-service platform

3. Account Registration

To use RankStudio services, you must:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain and update your account information
Keep your password secure and confidential
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Plans

We offer multiple subscription tiers:

Free Tier: 1 article per month, no credit card required
Launch Tier: 10 articles per month at $200/month
Scale Tier: 100 articles per month at $1,000/month

4.2 Billing Cycle

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly on the date you initially subscribed. All fees are in US Dollars (USD).

4.3 Payment

You authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle. If payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account.

4.4 Unused Articles

Article allocations do not roll over to subsequent months. Unused articles expire at the end of each billing cycle.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to services through the end of the paid period.

5.2 Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of content creation, we do not offer refunds for completed work. We encourage users to start with our Free Tier to evaluate service quality before upgrading.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Content Ownership

Upon delivery and payment, you own all rights to the content we create for you. We transfer full copyright and usage rights to you.

6.2 Content Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all content delivered is:

Researched with credible sources
Properly cited and attributed
Optimized for AI search visibility

6.3 Platform and Services

RankStudio retains all rights to our platform, technology, processes, and methodologies.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Not use our content for illegal, harmful, or misleading purposes
Provide accurate information for content briefs and onboarding
Review and publish content in a timely manner
Not resell or redistribute our services without written permission

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use RankStudio services to:

Create content for illegal activities or products
Promote hate speech, discrimination, or violence
Engage in spam, deceptive practices, or manipulation
Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our platform or processes

9. Service Availability and Changes

9.1 Availability

While we strive for continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect access.

9.2 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any such modifications.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankStudio and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

While we guarantee content quality, we do not guarantee specific search rankings, visibility, or business results from using our content. AI search algorithms are beyond our control and subject to change.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RankStudio, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to services immediately, without prior notice, if you:

Violate these Terms
Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
Fail to pay fees owed
Use services in ways that harm RankStudio or other users

14. Privacy

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
